Future Account Executive or Sales Manager,
You've taken the first step by reaching out to me, so thank you.  I am very excited about this opportunity for you, so first and foremost, thank you for your interest in working with my company, Movers Warehouse, Inc., (MWI).

This is a position paid 100% on commissions, but before you start shaking your head, please understand that the money potential is more than you will ever understand just by reading this page... and... I help you grow and build your customer base.  Yes, you have to get accounts on your own, which is part of your job, but we also feed you new accounts and leads each week, sometimes daily, sometimes every couple of days.  Once you have these customers buying from you, they will buy from you over and over again, which rewards you with serious residual income for very little effort at this point.  A single phone call or an e-mail order can reward you with several hundreds of dollars in commissions, depending on the size of the order.

We are looking for sales managers in the states of Alabama, Florida (our home state), Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.  We consider these 7 states the making of a great South Eastern territory.  If you're not interested in becoming a sales manager and just wish to become an account executive to sell all our accessories, protective films, cleaning solutions and tape products, these are very good sellers and are all able to be shipped via FedEx.

If you're selling outside the immediate area of Tampa Bay, this is a plus for you because you don't have to worry about local issues as everything you sell is small enough to ship via standard couriers.  Your residual income is limitless with up to 40% of your NET income going right back into your pocket.  As an account executive selling just the protective films, cleaning supplies and our tape products, you have the ability to sell nationally or anywhere outside of our 7 south eastern states.

This page was created for two reasons.  1st to express to you the importance of this job, and 2nd, to let you see what will be expected of you if you really want to make money.  More than anything, I want to make sure that you're fully aware of your obligations before you commit to this opportunity and before we invest in each other, especially if you're not ready or willing to accept this position.  I recognize that this position isn't for everyone and I know first hand that it takes a very special person to do well in sales, but I also believe anyone can do it with any dedication and instruction.  If you follow my lead, and allow me to guide you, you will NOT fail, and you'll be on your way to making serious money.  The business is out there and we have pricing in place that can't be touched.  All you have to do is go after it.

Becoming a sales manager plays a vital roll in my company as you will be the manager of your state.  No matter what happens with your state, it's your baby to build, grow, groom and protect.   If you're not qualified at this time, or able to meet our requirements, it's best to know now before we invest in each other and fail down the road.

This is a very serious job opportunity, and a position that I take very personal, so it's paramount that you can meet or understand the comments below.  These aren't conditions or requirements per say, but if you can meet them, you are guaranteed to be successful.  If you can't answer "yes" or "acknowledge" every comment below, or work to meet my philosophy in growing this business, we will have to talk about this opportunity a little more before we can go any further.

There is more coverage about the company and your roll with the business in our online handbook, but in a nut shell, we will train you and give you all the tools you need to be successful, but you'll have to agree to work on 100% commissions, at least until you start bringing in a solid income.  We will pay you as much as 40% of your NET income, with the chance for you to make hefty bonuses along the way.  All new managers start at 40%.  Once you reach a set income level, ( sales commissions ) we can discuss other NET income options.  Granted, the start might be slow, but we feed you accounts and leads throughout the week, while you're doing your thing to bring in new business on your own.  Huge money making potential because all your accounts will be regular buyers.  Each time they order, you make money.  You also get a copy of every invoice that's registered to one of your customers.

The potential earnings are up to you and there is no cap to what you can pocket.  You can make a few hundred a week or a few thousand a week.  It's all about what you put into it, the size of your accounts, your ambition and drive, and how well you manage your accounts.  We'd like to see you make $5,000.00+ a month in take home money, and we'll do everything we can to help you achieve that.  All you have to do is "want it" and follow our guidelines to the letter.  As a company, I am only as strong as my sales force and our customer service.

Before we can even begin, it's important that you answer the questions below.  Again, if you can answer YES and/or acknowledge the statements below, you're already ahead of most.  If this isn't for you, it's best to find this out now, so that we can either bring you in or look for the best fitting person.

To become an exceptional sales manager or an account executive, this is what I do or have done that's got me where I am today.  If you can do what I've done, there is no question to what you can achieve:
  • I understood that I own this company and had to do anything and everything to make it work
  • I understood that the entire state is in my hands to manage
  • I understood that if new account executives joined my state, that he/she would report directly to me
  • I understood that my responsibilities was to make my state as profitable as possible, with honest principles, and in good taste
  • I understood that with hard work and sound results, that I could build Movers Warehouse, Inc. (MWI) into a serious empire
  • I understood that my MWI e-mail account was to be used for business purposes only
  • I check my mail throughout the day
  • I respond to customers e-mails in a timely manner
  • I respond to executive e-mails immediately or ASAP with the information being requested
  • I am organized and I maintain file folders or a filing system of some type for my customers
  • I would contact a staff member or supervisor if I became ill and couldn't work
  • I am computer savvy
  • I have internet access
  • I have a good understanding on how to use Microsoft Word and Excel (knowing your way around Excel is very important)
  • I dedicate 4 to 5 hours a day or at least 20 to 25 hours a week to doing this job, and even more if required
  • I contact my sales team with sales leads immediately when they are provided to me
  • I will report back to my supervisor once I contact a lead to discuss the conversation made with the sales lead
  • I aggressively go after my own business as I continue to receive leads
  • I have a cell phone, a home phone, and/or a fax line
  • I am not limited on cell phone minutes
  • I use my cell phone for business, so my voice mail message is professional
  • Voice mail message doesn't have to be for MWI, but what you say does need to be appropriate
  • I was available to talk on the phone between 9am and 5pm - Monday through Friday
  • I understood that I didn't have to be home, I can be anywhere, but still be able to answer calls should a customer call
  • I can contact at least 50 or more new clients a week (by foot traffic, internet, postal mail, fax, e-mail or phone)
  • I was not working for another company and had no other responsibilities to focus on
  • I can openly accept suggestions from my team without any issue
  • I communicate with my customers in a quiet and organized setting
  • I communicate with customers without any distractions around me
  • I follow up on sales leads and customer orders as necessary
  • I have paper and a pen on hand when talking to my customers
  • I am able to call new customers on the phone
  • I check, as necessary, with my team to see how their progress is
  • I expect that my staff would immediately report to a supervisor should they ever have a problem or question
  • I understood that I was working solely on commissions, which is up to 40% of my NET earnings
  • I understood that if I didn't work... that I didn't get paid.
  • Sales teams are paid once a month (by the 5th of the month) unless he/she needs to be paid twice a month
  • Sales teams are paid as a 1099 contractor
  • I understood that 80% of my job is working from home, building and maintaining customers
  • I also understood that I would have to get in customers faces from time-to-time
  • I understood that if I'm unavailable for more than a full business day, that I will contact my sales team lead
  • I know how to set goals for myself and I know how to work to achieve those goals
  • I understand team work and dealing with my staff to work together and achieve success
  • I understood that I was required to submit a status report of my sales calls at least once a week
  • I understood that I would be working alone and will not have anyone babysitting me
  • I understood that I needed to be a self starter and push myself to achieve success
  • I understood that I can go very far with a little effort
  • I understood that I have the potential to make thousands of dollars a month as long as I put in the effort
  • I understood that there is no limit to my money making potential.
  • I understood that if I sat around the house and do nothing, that I'll get nothing in return
  • I understood that this is a very serious job opportunity and one that should not be taken lightly
  • I understood that I have all the help I need around me and will not hesitate to call on that help
  • As a sales manager for any particular state, I did everything in my power to manage it properly
  • I understood that my hard work can result in bonus money for achieving certain sales goals
  • I can communicate my ideas or concerns effectively and respectfully to my team members and/or supervisor
  • I recognize that the company as a whole is only as good as its sales force
  • I understood that the bottom line is to grow the business and become successful "together" with my team!
