BUYING STAINLESS STEEL DISC LOCKS
We are buying 2-3/4"
Stainless Steel Disc Locks for resale to our self-storage and retail customers.
Our requirements:
- Size: 2-3/4" x 70mm in diameter
- Package Option 1: Individual packaging for each lock in a blister pack
- Package Option 2: Two locks per package in a blister pack
- Keys: Lock can use the
standard yale key as shown in our image or can use the tubular key
- Material: Stainless steel lock body and a chromed hardened steel shackle
- Grade: #304 grade body
- Thickness: 1.5mm or greater
- Other: Anti-pick mushroom pins and a high quality "laser" welded "seamless" seam
- Function: Double locking, brass cylinder, 5 brass pin tumbler
- Keys: Yale keys, 2 or 3 nickel plated brass keys (per lock), keyed alike (KA)
- Drainage: 3 hole minimum for liquid / water drainage
- Stamping / Logo's: We buy the exact lock you see in our example image. We do not require any stamping or logo's on our locks. The only branding we require is in the packaging. OEM or company name packaging is
preferred.
