Processing NEW Orders:

Attention to detail is critical because now you're processing MONEY, so take extra care to make sure that you're information is 100% correct.  In fact, READ BACK whatever you have on that order and any information given to you.  Reading back what you have to the customer will let them know you are verifying the order and the information and it will drastically reduce mistakes. far as creating orders goes, you have a couple options.
  • Go online (see below) and process the orders just as you would if you were the customer.  You would register as a new user and create the order yourself.

When Processing on your Own via the Website:
  • Log into the site as a new user just as if the actual buyer was doing it themselves
  • Make sure you have complete details about the customer, such as their name, e-mail address, phone number, the SHIP TO address, the BILLING address, their credit card number, expiration date, and the 3 digit code on the back of the card.  For American Express cards, they use a 4 digit code.
  • Then enter the order.  If you offered them a different price than what the site charges, just me know and I'll credit the difference.
  • Make sure you use the buyers e-mail address and phone number when creating the account.
  • Create a generic password that you can forward to the buyer.

When Forwarding your Order to Richards:
  • Provide the exact same information to me, with the exact order, sizes, colors, and YOUR selling price.
  • You can provide that information to me by e-mail or by fax at 813-672-6530.

Credit Card Information (always get the following):
  • Buyer's name
  • Billing Address
  • Ship to Address (check if residential or commercial)
  • Full credit card number
  • Credit card expiration date
  • 3 or 4 digit security code on the back
