Sales Tax Info
MWI charges sales tax at a rate of 7% for all sales picked up or delivered to a Florida address. If you have a tax exempt customer, CREATE THE ACCOUNT and have them fax their sales tax license to 813.672.6530 and we'll make sure all future orders are tax exempt. If your customer shops online, their online account will also be setup as tax exempt when tax documents are received.
Taxes are not charged to customers with a delivery address outside of Florida. But, if your customer operates outside of the state of Florida and we ship an order to a Florida address, taxes will be charged on that order.
